Guess what everyone we had the pleasure of having Kaffe Fassett and Brandon Mobly here in Sun Valley this week for a knitting retreat. They are both incredibly fascinating and talented guys. I got the chance to meet and spend time with both of them. The knitting retreat received Knit Kits as part of their gift bags and both Brandon and Kaffe asked for Knit Kits for their "mums". Guess they really liked them. If you don't know who they are you can google Kaffe Fassett as he is considered the guru of inspiring color in to the knitting world. What a wonderful experience,

The Knit Kit Demo
We have decided that since most of you have purchased The Knit Kit sight unseen, that it would be helpful to have an instructional video on how it functions. It's short and to the point but we hope it demonstrates it's usefulness. Watch The Knit Kit Demo here.

The Knit Kits Are Out!
The time has finally come to ship out all The Knit Kits everyone has ordered. We are packing and shipping as fast as we can to get these to your LYS. We hope everyone is as excited as we are to get these! Check back here and on our site, in the next few days, to see a short video demonstration of how it functions and its durability. We have put it through many days of travel and its form, as well as it function, has performed flawlessly. Again, we hope you are as excited as we are for you to have them in hand!

Back From The Show
Whew! Since returning from TNNA, the phones have been ringing off the hook and email has been coming in droves, thanks to a write up in Knitters Review and different blogs- Ravelry, Craftzine, Lime and Violet and Yarn Market. The show was a great success and we have made many new friends from all over the country. Our next planned show is TNNA in Columbus, Ohio and thanks for all the feedback!

Brand New To Knitting
The Knit Kit is a new tool designed for, but not limited to, knitters. It is a 'Swiss Army Knife' of sorts for the traveling, beginner or any knitter who wants to get organized and stay simplified. View this in person for the first time at the TNNA Show next week in San Diego January 17-19, 2009 at booth #1245. Please visit our website at http://www.theknitkit.com/ for full information and specs. We welcome all comments and suggestions and look forward to seeing you at the show!
